The water beads are a hydrated super absorbent polymer. When they strike a target they disintegrate into many pieces and to dust leaving little to no cleanup after use. The ammo can be dehydrated and re-hydrated multiple times, or stored in an airtight container once hydrated to prevent dehydration.
