SilencerCo pistons were designed to be easily changed for different host firearms or calibers. Pistons are built with 174 stainless steel, then heat-treated for maximum durability. The piston is part of the Nielson device that moves and allows semi-automatic cycling for unlocking pistol barrels. Throw a Fixed Barrel Spacer on for fixed barrel applications. SilencerCo pistons have female threading that attaches to SilencerCo threaded barrels.
Compatible with: the SN variant is a shoulder nose piston that is designed to index off of the muzzle as opposed to the shoulder of the barrel. This is ideal for barrels with little to no shoulder to engage and index off of. The most common pistols that need the SN are the sub compact firearms like the Glock 43, P938, G42, P365 etc.
