Shimano Tekota A Conventional Saltwater Reel

The Tekota A series of reels, an evolution of Tekota’s renowned durability and performance, has been fully redesigned by Shimano engineers. Enhancements include stronger gears and faster line retrieval, while CoreProtect technology boosts corrosion resistance.

The reels feature a Cross Carbon Drag for greater stopping power against hard-fighting fish, and are built on a HAGANE Body for superior durability and reeling performance. With a loud clicker and ergonomic S-Compact Body for added comfort, the 2022 lineup expands to include a new 800 size, offering increased line capacity and stopping power, alongside the previously revamped 500 and 600 models.
