Hi-Point’s 4095TS carbine is a blowback-operated semi-automatic chambered for the .40 S&W cartridge. The 17.50″ barrel is mated with a steel receiver, all-weather polymer skeletonized stock, internal recoil buffer and multiple Weaver-style rails. Other features include quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted magazine release, last round lock-open feature, and fully adjustable sights (post front, peep rear). The carbine is 32″ overall. Like all Hi-Point carbines, the 4095TS is +P rated and accepts all factory ammunition. This model has a Desert Digital Camouflage stock with black metal finish and includes a 10-round magazine that is interchangeable with Hi-Point’s JCHP40 handgun.
