Hi-Point’s 995TS is a blow-back operated 9mm semi-automatic carbine with a 10+1 round capacity. It features an all-weather, polymer skeletonized stock with an internal recoil buffer, multiple Weaver-style rails, quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted magazine release, last round lock-open feature and fully adjustable sights (post front, peep rear). The overall finish is Olive Drab American Flag. A 16.5″ steel barrel gives the rifle an overall length of 31″. The 995TS is +P rated and accepts all factory ammunition.
