The HK45 represents a refined evolution of the renowned USP45, originally introduced in 1995. Designed with direct input from users and professionals, the HK45 was created to elevate the .45 ACP platform through thoughtful enhancements in ergonomics, modularity, and tactical versatility. It features interchangeable backstraps to accommodate a wide range of hand sizes, allowing for a tailored grip that enhances both control and comfort.

The frame also incorporates a Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail, enabling seamless integration of lights and lasers for low-light or defensive applications. Engineered with ambidextrous controls, the HK45 caters to both right- and left-handed shooters, offering intuitive handling and smooth manipulation regardless of dominant hand or shooting stance.
