Designed and engineered from the ground up, the Geissele Freedom Rifle (GFR) is the next evolution of the AR platform. The Desert Dirt-finished GFR 6mm ARC Recce is equipped with a 16 chrome-lined hammer-forged barrel and Hux WRX flash hider. Chambered for the 6mm ARC cartridge, the barrel resides within an aluminum M-LOK compatible handguard. The aluminum upper receiver features heat-treated stainless steel cam races riveted into place that provide steel-on-steel contact with the cam pin while the system is cycling. Both the upper receiver and the handguard offer Picatinny rails. A tab on the handguard’s rail mates with a notch on the upper receiver to ensure the handguard does not rotate even under the hardest use. An adjustable synthetic stock and GFR-E trigger complete the impressive package. The fire control group is treated with Geisselle’s proprietary Nanoweapon Coated to ensure it runs smoothly. The rifle comes with one 8-round magazine. In short, designed and engineered from the ground up, the GFR is the next evolution of the AR15 platform.
