The Cascade by CVA features a 22-inch 4140 carbon steel barrel with a threaded muzzle, making it ready for a brake or suppressor. The bolt design incorporates a 70-degree throw for smooth and fast operation, plus generous scope clearance. The two-position safety is conveniently located for natural and instantaneous operation. The rifle feeds .308 Winchester cartridges from a 4-round, flush-fit, detachable magazine. The receiver is drilled and tapped, and the synthetic stock is fiber-glass reinforced. The length-of-pull is adjustable via removable spacer, making the Cascade an ideal gun for still growing youths and small-statured adults. And dual front swivel studs allow for the use of both a sling and a bi-pod at the same time.
